Export Credit Greece signed a new cooperation memorandum, this time with the counterpart organization from Armenia, Export Insurance Agency of Armenia.
Athens, 22.05.2024—Export Credit Greece (ECG) and Export Insurance Agency of Armenia (EIAA) have signed on 22 of May 2024 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen bilateral trade. The agreement, signed by, and Mr. Gregory Stamatopoulos, CEO of ECG and Mr. Artak Mirzoyan, CEO of EIAA, aims to enhance cooperation, share best practices, and provide comprehensive risk mitigation solutions for exporters. This partnership will support joint promotional activities and capacity-building initiatives, fostering economic growth and expanding market opportunities for Armenian and Greek exporters.
CEO of Export Credit Greece, Gregory Stamatopoulos, said in this regard: “This new collaboration with the counterpart ECA organization Armenia, Export Insurance Agency of Armenia, provides Greek exporters with the opportunity to get to know the economic environment of the country, while strengthening the bilateral economic relations between Greece and Armenia, and encouraging the development of innovative export activities and contributing to increasing the competitiveness of Greek products“.
