The financial statements for the year ending on 31.12.2022 have not been issued due to the fact that our company operated under a different legal entity regime for the first quarter of 2022.
In particular, our company, Export Credit Greece S.A., until April 2022 was a legal entity of a non-financial purpose (under the corporate name, at the time, Export Credit Insurance Organization) while on April 14, 2022, it transformed into a societe anonyme, in accordance with Law 4918/2022, published in Government Gazette under no. 68/31.03.2022, Issue A.
