Efi Deli has diverse experience spanning almost 30 years in the fields of Banking, Strategy, Risk Management and Business Consulting. During her career, she has held senior executive positions in various financial institutions such as National Bank, Eurobank, Egnatia Bank, Marfin Popular Bank, Hellenic Postbank and T-Bank. In the past she worked as senior business consultant for Andersen Consulting/Accenture, both in Greece and abroad, as well as in Piraeus Securities in the equity research department. She also worked many years as Senior Advisor in the family office of a leading luxury Hotel group.
Education
Efi Deli holds a BSc degree (with honors) in Statistics from the Athens University of Economics & Business, and an MSc in Management Information Systems from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Career
She has strong corporate governance experience at Board and Board Committee level in various large corporations, including Eurobank and Eurobank Holdings as Non-Executive Director and representative of the HFSF, in Attica Bank as Non-Executive Director, and in T-Bank as CEO and Executive Member of the Board. She was also Chair of the Supervisory Board in the ICAP Rating Agency and Non-Executive member in the Green Fund of the Ministry of Environment and Energy. She is a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Jumbo SA and senior advisor to the Board of NED Club in Greece, promoting the principles of good governance and women diversity in corporate Boards.
